  2. The second is on top of your head find the pressure point on top of your head by going up straight to the top of your ears. It is the softest point of your head, press this point firmly 9 times then massage clockwise 9 times and counterclockwise 9 times.
  3. To locate third pressure point place three fingers right above your ears. Pressure point is where your index finger is. Now use your index and middle finger to press firmly 9 times and then massage 9 times clockwise and 9 times counterclockwise.
  4. The fourth and last is behind your head where your neck starts. Find the hollow part between the back of your head and neck to find the pressure point. Now use your thumb to press firmly 9 times and then massage 9 times clockwise and 9 times counterclockwise.
